Voting Instructions and Rules:

Step 1: Fill out this page.
Step 2: Check your e-mail.
Step 3: Click the link in a verification e-mail we send you to open a new browser window.
Step 4: Start voting. There are two pages total. On the last page, click "Submit Ballot."

Important: If the name of company you want to vote for does not show up as you are typing it, please type in your choice as completely as possible. After we approve your addition, it will be added to the pull down choices for future voters.

Voting is open until September 30th, 2008.

You must vote in a minimum of 20 categories for your vote to be counted.
You do not have to vote for every category.

A valid e-mail is required. Only one ballot per e-mail.
Any juvenile or obscene write-ins will disqualify your ballot.
All votes from anonymous e-mailing services and proxy services will be deleted.

This survey is meant to be fun! Take your time and rank only the businesses you are familiar with. The full ballot takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.

Check your e-mail carefully; the most common error is a mis-typed e-mail address. The second most common problem is your junk mail filter preventing you from getting your verification e-mail.
